Description User management
BROM CMS is designed in the PROFI version as multi-user system for the administration area. It can be any permissions to certain parts of the program awarded or withheld. The administrator (who at the time of installation was created) is a modification of the data and access rights excluded. With the user management can changed all other users a new user name (login name) and password assigned.

Normally, only the administrator to create new users, but users can also have the right to grant user management. Default for newly created users are all right, even if a BASIC version is available.
For the assignment of access rights, the appropriate user from a list box are selected. After a click on change, there are two display options in the dialog window, simple and advanced. In this description applies only to the advanced representation received since these specific rights offering.

The upper area is used for establishing rights for each user. This area is divided into three sections - 1st system-rights, 2nd module-rights and 3rd tool-rights. The system rights relate to project requests, such as the handling of objects and the basic settings for the project.
It is sufficient, the user always have the highest value of the right to the lower right will be automatically awarded.
For exemple:
- A user should be content objects may change, it will automatically include the right to view award.
Other examples
A special feature, the point objects add (x level 0). If the level 0 is not forgiven and it is as a limit for levels only one level under Advanced options, it is to add a new object no right. Module permissions are only the standard modules object-language and form with specific access rights configured. For all other modules are full permission, unless there is a restriction (see second section of the dialog window).
Note: If the module BelCal-Calendar is installed, here are available in addition permissions for reservation management and calendar.
Tool permissions are permissions that are on the menu items "Add-ons" or "Admin tools" used.
In the second section of the dialog window you can assign restrictions. These restrictions have always take precedence over the permissions. That means, no matter what e.g. in form under permissions is registered, if the restriction on "Forms" is activated, the user has no rights for forms.
